Ice Cream Cake & Pie Ordering Policy
Advance Notice & Pickup
All ice cream cakes and pies require a minimum of 7 days’ notice. Please select your pickup date when placing your order. Orders may be picked up anytime during Viola’s regular business hours on your selected date.
Storage & Transportation
Ice cream cakes and pies must be kept frozen at all times. If you’ll be traveling more than approximately 25 minutes, we recommend bringing a cooler or insulated container with ice packs or dry ice. Viola’s does not provide coolers, ice packs, or dry ice.
For the best texture and easier slicing, allow your cake or pie to sit at room temperature for approximately 5–10 minutes before serving.
Changes & Cancellations
You have 24 hours after placing your order to request a change or cancellation and receive a refund. After the 24-hour period, all orders are final and non-refundable, as each cake or pie is prepared specifically for your order.
Pickup & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been picked up and has left Viola’s.
Orders that are not picked up on the selected date do not qualify for a refund. If you need to adjust your pickup arrangements, please contact Viola’s as soon as possible.
