Refund and Replacement Policy

All ice cream, desserts, and beverages are made fresh to order and are perishable; therefore, all sales are final and refunds are not offered once an item has been prepared.

  1. We are happy to replace or remake an item if an order is made incorrectly, a quality issue is identified, or an item is missing from the order.

  2. Guests must notify a team member immediately and before leaving the store in order for a replacement or remake to be provided.

  3. Refunds or replacements are not provided for changes of mind, personal taste preferences, items that have been consumed or partially consumed, melted items after leaving the store, or orders placed incorrectly by the customer.

  4. If a coffee or beverage is prepared incorrectly, we will gladly remake it; refunds are not issued for drinks prepared correctly but not matching individual taste preferences such as sweetness level or milk choice.

  5. For orders placed through third-party delivery services, all issues related to delivery time, temperature, missing items, or refunds must be handled directly through the delivery platform.

  6. All events, catering orders, custom items, and special orders are final and non-refundable; change requests must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability and approval.

  7. Our goal is to provide a positive experience for every guest, and if we make a mistake, we will do our best to make it right while maintaining fairness and consistency for our small business.
